Fixed rent
You provide the space. Lockerroomz pays a fixed rent and runs the shop.
Buildings
For build-to-rent operators, developers and landlords. Lockerroomz fits out and runs a bright, self-service shopfront with smart lockers, a packing vending machine and, subject to carrier agreements, parcel collection and returns. Residents and neighbours get a local shop for the things they still use. There is nothing for you to run day to day.
Three ways to structure it. We will not quote a rate before seeing the space. There is no standard sheet of terms on this preview.

The rent flexes with what residents actually pay. The split is agreed per building, not copied from a brochure.

You can participate in the equipment itself, rather than only letting the floor. That conversation is specific to the building.
We are looking for something in the region of 100–500 sq ft, roughly 9–46 square metres. Big enough for a run of smart lockers and a vending machine behind a shopfront. Small enough to be a space the building is not sure what to do with.
Ideally that is a ground-floor shopfront or an empty shop on a local high street. It might also be a room off the lobby or a redundant amenity that can be fitted out to look and feel like a bright local shop, with the red Lockerroomz sign at the entrance.
It needs to feel like a friendly local shop that people pop into on the way home. Residents and neighbours should be able to walk to it. Entry is self-service, by app or code, so access, opening hours and house rules are agreed with you before anything is fitted out.
We have not secured a site. A conversation is not a commitment. The form below is collected on the site.
Building owners & property partners
Owners, landlords, build-to-rent operators, developers and managing agents. Tell us who you are and which building you have in mind. No shop is open, and a note here is not a commitment.
Thank you. We have this note. Nothing is agreed, no site is secured, and nothing was charged.
